Pale, smooth and softly set, our Creamed Rapeseed Honey has a fine, creamy texture and a pleasantly mild sweetness. Its spreadable consistency makes it especially good for anyone who prefers honey that stays neatly on the toast rather than making a dash for the plate.
Spread it over toast, crumpets, scones or warm pancakes, spoon it into porridge or pair it with fruit and cheese. Its gentle flavour also makes it an easy introduction to British varietal honey and a lovely addition to a tasting set.
Natural variations in colour and consistency may occur between batches. This honey’s softly set texture is part of its character.
