Our Hot Chilli Honey brings together the familiar sweetness of honey with a warming chilli kick. Sweetness arrives first, followed by a gentle build of heat that makes this little jar surprisingly versatile.

Drizzle it over pizza, fried chicken, roasted vegetables or grilled halloumi. Add it to marinades and salad dressings, pair it with cheese, or use it to give savoury dishes an unexpected sweet-and-spicy finish. A little goes a long way, although that has never stopped anyone going back for another drizzle.

Natural variations in colour, texture and chilli intensity may occur between batches. Crystallisation is a natural characteristic of honey.
