Pale, delicate and gently sweet, our British Borage Honey is produced from nectar gathered by bees foraging on borage flowers. Its lighter flavour makes it an excellent choice for anyone who enjoys honey without an overly strong or heavy finish.
Try it on buttered toast, spooned over yoghurt or fruit, or stirred into tea and other warm drinks. Its refined flavour also works beautifully with mild cheeses and makes an interesting addition to a British honey tasting selection.
As a natural product, the colour, flavour and consistency of honey can vary slightly between batches. Natural crystallisation may occur and is not a sign that the honey has spoiled.
Net weight: 227g / 8oz
